This is sad sad news. But this is only in the US it seems. The big question is what will happen to Winx in the US, will DVDs be released. Are the Rai English Season 1-2 DVDs that are being released this year being released by New Video Group BECAUSE Nick is dropping Winx? If that's the case then will they be releasing the Rai dub for Seasons 3 and 4 as well?
If Winx does get picked up by a different network, how will Seasons 5 and 6 merge with Season 7. GAH I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS. We just have to wait for answers.
